Ever wondered how Vogue’s closet looked like? Or how many shoes do celebrities like Fergie or Dita von Teese have? Collecting shoes has become a hobby among fashionistas worldwide and a documentary about the “relationship” between women and their shoes is soon to be released.

The much awaited documentary will include, among others, trend set designers like Christian Louboutin and Manolo Blahnik, as well as famous shoe collectors like Kelly Rowland, Fergie, Dita Von Teese, Filipa Fino, Valerie Steele, Meghan Cleary.

From New York to Los Angeles, Paris to Milan, Toronto and Florence, ‘God Save My Shoes’ includes interviews with high fashion connoisseurs that play a role in the ever-present shoe phenomenon.

‘God Save My Shoes’ will be relesead on October 4 2011 on Canal Plus (TV France), while for other territories a release date is still to be announced.
