Japanese artist y_yamaden introduced to the world a new kind of sculpture carved from ripe bananas. From dragons to zombies, he tries and succeeds to amaze with his talent.
I thought the banana boats of Jacob were strange but this exceeds it, of course in an awesome way. I really enjoy this kind of art even though every time I hear about carved bananas I tend to cross my legs. You fellas know what I’m talking about.
I’m pretty sure that you need a high level of dexterity – ninja A enchanted +5 – to do something like this. But then again, maybe y_yamaden is a ninja and that’s what is written on his profile. Who can tell? As for myself, I can’t understand a thing.

[…] To complicate this last question, I’d like to introduce another food sculpture I just came across today, after mulling over Klausner for a few weeks. I am not sure of the artist’s name because I can’t read the characters on his Twitter page, but I was able to peruse some examples of his sculpted bananas via Mole Empire. […]

I have seen many kind of artwork on different canvas and with different materials but this banana carving really inspired me very much because the object “banana” is very soft and its not really easy to make sculptures on it.
But this artist really has got amazing talent, hats off man.
