Many have said that soccer is a sport for pussies, but they’ve never thought of it being illustrated as well as in this particular game in Istanbul. Last weekend, multiple Turkish champions Fenerbahçe had their masculine audience suspended from attending the Turkish Cup match against Manisaspor.

Only Turkish women and children under 12 were allowed in, but the ?ükrü Saraco?lu stadium still attracted an attendace of 41.663.

While most federations aren’t that inventive to take such a decision, the turkish FF has to be congratulated for the initiative, making 20/11 a day to be remembered in the history of football. All this although the chicks in the audience had some problems with the off-side rule during the game, especially in the last minute when they kept cheering for what they thought was the winning goal.

So the match ended 1-1. Oh well, you can’t have them all.
