How to Mock an Earthquake
The seismic activity that had its epicenter in Virginia on the 23rd of August gained a lot of fuzz via Internet social media. And since 5.8 is a lame magnitude, it also generated a whole current of mockery. Thus began the lamest earthquake story ever.
Although being the biggest earthquake on the Eastern Coast since 1897, 5.8 on the Richter scale is a moderate value and can only cause damage to poorly constructed buildings. Nevertheless, living an earthquake in the times of twits and memes can get really interesting, as you can see in the following images and videos.
