Remember the Weird Beauty project by Russian photographer Alexander Khokhlov and make-up artist Valeriya Kutsan? By denying any color, this photo project features model faces used as a canvas to emphasize various familiar symbols, as part of a beauty look. This time the artists chose even more complex signs, which blended perfectly with the features of the model, again in a mesmerizing optical illusion. We’ve seen just part of the series as it was still work in progress, but now the project is finalized. Comprising of 15 photos, the project has already enjoyed its official presentation in Moscow yesterday and it will be available until October 27th at the Gallery Art Cafe.
